On the afternoon of November 12, 2021, Belt and Road Initiative International College of our university and Trishakti Tourism Institute of Indonesia held a video conference on the work plan for 2022. Ms. Fetty, President of Trishakti Tourism College in Indonesia, Mr. Ismeth, Vice President and faculty representatives of the College, together with Cheng Daoping, President of Guilin Tourism College, Zhang Xianchun, Dean of Belt and Road Initiative International College of our University, and all the faculty of the College attended the meeting.
This meeting mainly revolves around the two universitiesThe specific arrangements of the work plan for 2022 will be discussed. First of all, President Cheng Daopin extended sincere greetings to all the faculty and students of the Trishakti Tourism Institute in Indonesia and expressed his appreciation for the achievements of the cooperation between the two schools since the establishment of the cooperative relationship in December 2017. and said that our school will always fully support the long-term cooperation project between the two schools. Then, Mr. Ismeth, Vice President of Trishakti Tourism Institute in Indonesia, introduced the new program, the KIP Scholarship Indonesian Government Scholarship Program, which will be launched in 2022, and detailed the overall background of the program, the number of scholarship students covered, and the plan to cooperate with our school to implement the program in 2022. President Cheng Daoping said that he would support the cooperation of the project in terms of teaching resources, manpower training and funding.
Finally, the leaders of the two schools held friendly discussions around the project and reached a high degree of consensus. The two sides thanked each other for their joint efforts and hoped to continue to strengthen exchanges and promote closer and more efficient cooperation in the future.
