10Month13Sponsored by Guilin Institute of Tourism, School of Hotel and Tourism Management of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Belt and Road Initiative International College of Guilin Institute of Tourism, Guangxi Tourism Industry Talent Highland and the editorial Department of Tourism Forum, the second International Conference on Belt and Road Initiative and Tourism Development was held in our school. The meeting was presided over by Cheng Daoping, president of our university, and discussed the related topics of accelerating the coordinated development of tourism under the initiative of "Belt and Road Initiative" around the theme of "development, market and sustainability". Well-known scholars, government officials, industry experts and enterprise representatives from universities and international institutions at home and abroad attended the meeting. At the meeting, the ASEAN Tourism Research Base of the China Tourism Research Institute also issued "2018-2019Blue Book of ASEAN Tourism.
